location: Excellent location, close to the Munnar town. Rooms: rooms are excellent, with excellent decor and amenities. bathroom was excellent too... Breakfast: buffet was best you can get from a 3-4* hotel..good varieties and taste. Restaurant: they have but didn't try. staff: staff behaviour was very good. Parking: has car parking. Excellent experience and would recommend this hotel.

Location: excellent, Central location,near to Munnar town Rooms: Excellent..nice decor, very clean, has balcony, spacious. Bathroom: clean . Breakfast: nice varieties every day... spread was very good. Parking: yes available. Overall excellent stay.

Manager is arrogant over smart after taking money complementry breafast was not given. Staff are all lyier we were from Maharashtra and because of that they were treating us badly and had very bad experience

In our search for rooms in Munnar, Casa Montana was most cordial in their response. So we booked it directly. We stayed two nights. They gave us interconnected rooms which were convenient. Akash & Agnes, our receptionists, were very supportive and helpful in all our requests... The complementary breakfast was delicious and plenty. The restaurant manager, sorry I forgot to ask his name was a gem of a person. He catered our old & physically challenged family members with courtesy and love. Our Car driver also was happy about morning breakfast and freshening up...... House keeping also was up to the mark, though there were some bed sheets with holes, which they at once replaced. Overall, kudos and thanks to all the management & staff of CASA MONTANA for giving us a nice memorable stay at Munnar!

We went on a trip to Munnar with family and had lunch from this place. By 1pm, reached there for lunch, there were nobody, and after some time few other families also came in for lunch. We had Meals and Chicken biriyani, biriyani was average but meals was horrible. Got half boiled rice and fish curry smelt bad. By night time, most of us were down with food poisoning. We were staying in another hotel and had not gone out after the lunch at this hotel. So thought of commenting on this hotel experience for sure Please hotel team, do make sure that you give quality food, and there was only 1 waiter running around to serve all these families for lunch, felt really bad. The hotel though, was very neat and bathrooms and all very clean. It was the first view of this hotel itself which gave us a good impression Just would advise to take care of the quality of the food served. We had mentioned this at the reception too while payment.

Location 10/10 Hotel 10/10 Staff 20/10 Food 20/10 A must stay place if you're visiting Munnar. The staff is very friendly and always available to help you. The food is delicious, better than other restaurants around there. Truly worth the money they are charging. Would love to visit Casa Montana again. Car parking is available. Truly recommended. No unnecessary disturbance, peace. The view from the balcony is awesome. All in all, an awesome hotel to visit.

We had a wonderful experience in this hotel. Breakfast was awesome. Sambar and pudhina chutney deserve special mention. Kudos to chef. Welcoming staff. I would love to recommend this place.

Even though we have only stayed for one night, it was an amazing experience, the clean rooms, service and overall ambience was excellent. The hotel was also near the center of munnar so the scenery was breathtaking....
