Hi friends I am going cargo yoga centre for last 3 months. I see the lot of difference in my body and mind. The trainer akka is so friendly and taking care of each one separately. Good environment setup for doing yoga and meditation.

Practising yoga for almost 5 months and I could see a alot of difference in my health. Feeling so energetic and when ever I lift heavy things or do any work for a longer time I will have a pain in my arms but after doing yoga I don't find any . I always enjoy going to the class . Feel so positive when I'm at class. Kavitha mam is very friendly person and also cares for each and every individual's health. I have done many yoga classes both offline and online but this yoga center is best of all. Thank you mam for all your love and care
