I had a generally positive experience at this hospital. They have a strong team of senior doctors across various departments. However, there were some drawbacks. The car parking situation needs improvement - it took me over half an hour to find a spot, and even then, I needed assistance from the valet parking. I recommend arriving at least half an hour before your appointment time to avoid potential parking-related appointment delays. I found the pharmacy section to be quite congested with a long queue, leading to significant delays in the delivery of medications. Improvement in this area would certainly enhance the overall experience.

Right from the patient admission to the date of discharge everything was went smoothly and was updated on time. Staff care was good medical and non medical services are excellent. House keeping services was done on time. We are thankful to the doctor's for the best treatment. Sisters response was quick. Discharge process was completed soon. Overall good and best hospital.

Number one slowest hospital in Hyderabad. Taking appointment in a call is waste of time they don't care after reaching the hospital Made me wait for 1hr to take appointment and make the payment Takes even more time to meet the doctor. Yashoda and Kim's are way too faster comparing to this hospital.

I admitted my dad at Care Hospitals for Vascular services. His leg was amputated below knee. The treatment done by doctors was extraordinary and are very knowledgeable. The Nursing care provided by the nurses was excellent and caring. I am happy to write this above comment because my father suffered a lot by the negligent and incorrect treatment given by other hospital which led to his amputation.The house keeping Staff were very polite and patient. Thank you Care Hospital!!

I visited the hospital treatment for my family. I am satisfied with service but only provide to little bit instruction how to visit different different departments after a patient get inside the hospital. It's my suggestion near every lift have a arrow mark how to visit to different different departments. Thank you

One of the best experiences i had with the hospitals in the recent times i visited. I was very much pleased with the doctors as well as the nursing staff. The care and concern that they have shown was highly appreciated. The house cleaning staff was amazing and i cannot name everyone,however they have shown a great empathy in taking care of every need for the patient. I would really love recommending the hospital for everyone.
