The Taj Caravela is stunning; the atmosphere is 10/10, the service is 4/10, and the staff friendliness is 9/10. My issue was with food. All of the food that we ordered was average at best, but the most off-putting aspect was when they served us with a bug on the plate. It was horrifying and horrible to have such an unsanitary experience. We had opted for a special reservation, but it was nothing special, and the flower bouquet they gave us contained ants. It was my brother's wedding anniversary, and we had such a bad service. Taj management should seriously consider bug issues at Caravela if they want to keep their status. This place will not be considered in the future by us.

Taj is the best. It never gives you reason to complain at all. Wahh Taj I had gone there for breakfast buffet. They have a very nice spread of different delicacies. South Indian, North Indian, English breakfast , live counters, healthy juices, dry fruits, bakery items, salads, coffee and tea Everything was too good. I love the ambience here as well. It's right next to the ocean The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. Thanks to Devanand Uncle for very good service. He kept asking if we need something to eat or drink. He gave me a special cake as well. I had such a great time here with my fiance on my birthday I felt so special here I'll definitely keep coming to this place Thank you Taj

It's a great experience at Taj holiday village the property was really wonderful like "waaah Taj". The resort has a great ambiance, positive vibes and pool along with restaurants & bar friendly staff. The way they have managed the property with so much greenery around the villas, pool and club it's so much beautifully designed and the upkeep of resort was amazing. For food I think there is scope of improvement in the taste also and the buffet option are less for dinner compared to other 5start. Scope of improvement specifically for vegetarian guests. Overall my experience was very good and I look forward to visit again with my family and friends sharing some memories with these pictures for a glance of this beautiful

Brilliant Dal Makhani and Biryani. Wide variety on the menu. Phenomenal location and a must visit if your budget is not an issue.

I have to say without any hesitation Caravela is one of the top class restaurants in Goa. The level of hospitality, food quality, guest service is mind blowing. Me and my wife were staying in Taj Fort Aguda but we use to have our lunch and dinner in Caravela Restaurant. Whenever we entered the restaurant, we were treated with warm welcome and ensure we get the sitting view table. I would specially like to Thanks Chef Ansh and his team for the special surprise they gave on my wife's birthday. They specially decorated our table and made cake for us. They made us our day very special. Kudos to the team and all the best for the endeavor

We stayed at Taj Holiday village and visited Caravela numerous times. The staff are very hospitable and warm. The food was outstanding hats off to the team.

Though it is a prime property with an amazing view of the Sinquerim beach shoreline, Caravela left much to be desired. The service was disappointing to say the least, and the food was nowhere close to the level that a resort of this reputation should be serving. The service was extremely slow with the drinks taking forever to come. The chicken did not seem fresh and the overall taste was just average. Not sure if this was because they were understaffed, but during peak season one would expect a much better experience than what was delivered.
