Capital O Sayhallo Prime Residency - Hotel in Bhubaneswar - Khordha, India

Don't be deceived by the pictures uploaded, 'cause it clearly doesn't represent the actual room. Its an apartment, which they have converted into the hotel. Rooms were of decent size but the bed and the room itself were unclean and unhygienic. The cupboard had spillage and wasn't even clean. The bathroom had fungus in it and had no basic amenities. The bedsheets, pillows were full of stains and gave off a weird smell. The AC didnt work the entire time we were in the room and the service was pathetic. No room services, more over were rude to us. It's a genuine request not to visit the place.

Never Stay At this hotel, Very Shady place, No room service, Pathetic bed sheets and accessories, No hygienic was maintained, Room was not clean at all, Washroom space was okay but the tap and the shower was not working even they don't have the geyser for the hot water. Outside food was not allowed. Reception was okay until the payment was made. After the payment, They were not entertaining at all.

The WORST place of all . The receptionist denied of giving rooms at the upper floor rather forced us to stay in the ground floor . After even requesting, they were so misbehaving and rude . Not at all recommended. A complete negative star rated place . Waste of money .

I have been to this hotel twice once in 2021 and another in 2023 August during KIIT convocation. I booked a Deluxe room, I have been there before so ik 2nd floor rooms are deluxe and even in pictures those rooms are shown. I reached on 18th Aug 7am, the receptionist present over there showed me a 2nd floor room and said when its checked out they would provide us that room after 12pm which is check in time. But they didn't. After waiting almost 8hrs we were provided a room at the ground floor whose water pressure was close to negligible, no sunlight and damp walls. When we asked them to get us rooms from 2nd floor another receptionst said those are not while in the morning the first receptionist said those were. Even the guests checking out of room 205 who were my aquiantances said they were deluxe rooms. They were overbooked yet they were takimg on spot bookimg and giving out rooms to people paying higher prices. Even if those rooms were empty and me and my friends arrived first to the hotel that day and paid for deluxe room were were not given proper rooms. The water was leaking in one, ac remote was not wroking in one, another was just too small to even move. Horrible experience.

Really liked the peppers, it's neat and clean, rooms and washroom are spacious with all modern amenities. The reception crew is polite and professional.They have in-house kitchen, food is delicious over there but the room service is a little slow, they have a decent parking space for two wheelers and the major drawback of the property is it's location. Everything else is fine.

Room was fully clean .. And bed was very comfortable to night sleep.. Hotel food was very delicious and testy.. I wish to stay for some time.. Hotel staff hospitality was osm..

Worst experience ever! No Geyser/No Hot water, No Wifi, No good bedsheets and towels, No minimum basic amenities like toothpaste and they provide cheap small soap.
