Dear all, Please don't go by what the reviews and the pictupic says. We all will agree which is good one me not b upto the mark for others. They are very much overprice.room are not clean enough. Maintenance of fittings and fixtures are low (A/C including). Staff not friendly they serve you like they are doing favour to you, They do have 24 hrs running water hot cold, TV with all channels, food is average, You may get attracted to the price they are offering. Do check what more important quality or money. Choice is upto you. Manager is pathetic doesn't even have the courtsey to talk. You ask anything you will realise later that why we asked him that to in a city like Chandigarh had the worst exp of my 5 year of touring in Punjab. Even I thought that people who have not given good reviews might be bluffing. Sorry to those who's reviews I ignored and booked this hotel for my stay in chandigarh. Hope you will find this review helpful.
It's a nice budget hotel; walking distance to sector 17 where one can shop and eat. Breakfast fare is limited but good. Responsive service. Laundry service with 12 hrs cycle required. In-house food is good.
Apart from the staff and location of hotel, everything was below the mark. Stained sheets- Check the pic Broken AC- Apparently they have a third world AC.It stops by on its own and u have to call the staff to switch it on... guess why.. because they have only one remote for all the ACs. To add to the fun the staff says they are centralised ACs. Its overpriced as well. U can have pretty decent options in Industrial Area within the same price range. I won't even consider coming to this place ever again.
5 stars for location, all key destinations of chandigarh very close to this hotel. small rooms, friendly staff, i enjoyed my stay here. also use ola auto to roam around in chandigarh to save money. no need to bargain with auto wala's.
hotel is good. location is kinDa okay too as it's in city centre.. but.. some of the negatives are, it's entrance is difficult to locate. and it has no official parking.. u won't have a problem parking Ur car nearby on normal days tho..
room not upto the mark... photos shown in the app were totally different, stinky washroom, damaged walls, safe not working, food was worst. but hotel staff is polite and humble.
TV was not working properly. A particular person at reception was rude. But my room attendant was very good. Room size is small but sufficient for one person.
