There are stores on the ground floor and the basement has an area for the small functions like birthday parties and all.

This is a budget hotel, mattress very hard. washroom very small. breakfast was good. has limited parking space and in evening usually available. place is secure and nearby many eating option and markets nothing to do for kids in the hotel, except lift :). room size is adequate for 2+1 but smal for 2+2. can stay here for night stay but not for long stays

Railway station is near ,good staff,food chai and washroom is not good as it is too small in some rooms

Worst room, No fixed Tariffs. It will vary depending on customers. For us they have charged Rs. 600 extra for single and Rs. 800 extra for double occupancy. While booking the room, receptionist will fixed the tariff of their choice. Worst hotel. Don't book any rooms.

Bad room wiring open in room. AC was not working. 2 hour late in cheking. Demanded more money than even already have online booking. Bad experience.

It has limited parking space, Hopefully at night shouldn't be a problem parking. Rooms are average. Washroom was very small . Breakfast was good. We stayed on the way to Ujjain and found it ok

I stayed here for one week. This is my detailed review. Good things-The hotel is at a prime location.The housekeeping staff is polite and helpful. Bad things-Apart from this everything is terrible.The front desk staff is arrogant. These 2 people lie to your face. One of the guy at reception also tried to extort extra money from me. The manager Sheelendra Ji is helpful and considerate. The room I was in had several issues, you won't expect from a 3-star hotel. Basic things like toilet flush and hand shower were dysfunctional. Room service isn't bad, but not good either. One good thing, is they allow outside food. Because the food they serve is bland. Breakfast was bad, and they served the same paratha, poha and puri everyday. There is a marriage Avenue right beside the hotel and they get booking from weeding guest. If you are a solo traveller or visiting with family avoid this hotel. Ps- the AC makes such a loud noise. they have AC from 2000s. Lastly, one should be grateful to someone who provided oneself with shelter. Thus, I would also thank hotel Royal Inn for the stay. Please improve on the above pointers
