Absolutely there is no proper service. 3 days the damaged geyser switch not replaced. Got hot water from other rooms. Even basic coffee tea not available till 11 am. They do not have tie up for this service. Poor response. However the room and beds, toilets are neat and clean.

First of all, staff at reception will treat u like u r staying for free. Than room is very very small. Bedsheet and pillow covers haven't been clean or changed. Washroom condition is pathetic. Whole room was smelling very very bad.

Well, I do not recommend anyone to stay in this property! The receptionist samir is very rude and arrogant guy! Horrible experience during check in! I WAITED ALMOST 2 HOUR BEFORE CHECK IN! THIS HOTEL ALSO GIVES BOOKINGS TO THE LOCAL PUBLICS FOR FEW HOURS STAY! NO BOOKING VALUE NOTHING! ROOM WAS FULL OF SMOKE, STUFFY, ROOM SERVICE WAS PATHETIC! DO NOT COME TO THIS PROPERTY

Don't book this hotel from the Oyo app, because once you book the hotel they will accept it and after that they will reject your booking and the shift your booking to the another hotel without your permission. They will give you somewhere else, you don't know about it. This hotel was a total waste, online platform of this hotel was very poor. I have faced a very huge problem regarding booking this property. I have booked this hotel one day earlier, and the second day when I reached the property, By then it was evening, and when I checked the app, I came to know that my hotel has been shifted without my permission. I had to make a new booking again in another hotel very far from my meeting location. When I called the customer, I came to know that the hotel has been removed from oyo. But if it is removed from oyo then why is it showing in the app and why is it taking bookings.

Location was very good but rooms and maintenance was not good.

The room was ok-ok. Wifi and TV were not working. The receptionist was not even ready to give us our ID, he said that we will get it back at the time of checkout. This is the rule here. However, you will get a room at 700-900 for two people through OYO. The location was good and 300-400 meters away from the main chowk.

No parking here at day time. During the day, the car has to be parked in the open field on the opposite side for a parking fee. There is no safety. After seven in the evening you have to park there at your own risk because there is no one to watch your car. Parking can be done at night if the road is empty next to the hotel. Room condition not good.

Worst experience I have ever got cheated even they didn't give me the bill also. They charged more amount than normal. First two days they charged 1300 for a single room then another two days they charged 1200 for the same room but they were not ready to give bill for first two days. Think before you book.
