I wish i can give zero stars .. but unfortunately cannot ... worst hotel i have ever visited . Staff treats you like trash . Demands extra money for ac room . No room service . Dirty pillows dirty blankets . They even tell you to order food from zomato swiggy . Bcoz they cannot provide you anything to eat . Basically no room service

Probably one of the worst ever booking I have ever witnessed in my life...I was travelling with a patient and was denied check in just 30 minutes before my check in with a stupid reason that due to power failure the AC wasn't working in two rooms from morning which I found suspicious.If It wasn't working it's the duty of the property owner to inform the guest at the earliest but the owner instead questioned me that I could have placed a call question is why ?? would I call you when my booking has been confirmed by OYO...Such a disgusting service took ruppes 300 in advance online payment by Gpay to OYO official but was later not refunded by OYO saying they did not get the money ..I gave the screen shot to the OYO official to which they responded I will be reverted back in 72 Hours but till date no calls no money refund ..Complete forgery is going around please BEWARE b4 u check in this hotel ...

Worst experience of life time. Simply stay away with this trash. We r 3 people including 1 patient with us in critical illness. We booked with make my trip. Once reached the guy in front said there is no room in price u booked and asked us to leave or pay extra Rs.1000/- per room. That fellow don't even has any manners even he can see the patient at late night check in. Room service and condition is so worst that can't explain. If they r giving in free still one should avoid....

Hotel manager was nice man. But place is dirty. I saw rats in the room, cockroaches, many many mosquitos. AC didnt work. Also at first, he didnt accept my booking because the rate was too low. After spending an hour on the phone with Agoda, he finally accepted begrudgingly. One star for the place, one extra star for the nice convo and recommendation.

I have beeb travelling to Guwahati since years but this stay at Hill crest was a really not good experience for me at all. Goibibo showed booking at a price that they offer but the hotel charged 300 extra as they complained that they cannot give rooms in less price(1200/-) in Goibibo including tax. The behavior of the receptionist wasn't too Appreciateable as he isn't trained for the job. They didn't give wifi password by saying that wifi is having problems ok cool with that, but the worst one was yet to come. When I went out at night around 9 PM the receptionist said that the room keys are lost so there's no extra keys. I had to left my room open at risk and go for dinner( worst ever excuse in a hotel). The room and washroom was clean but the above mentioned things didn't go smooth.. And GOIBIBO should start accepting pay later options

Very Horrible experience of my life, hotel is not save for Ladies, Specially Ladies please stay away from this hotel, receptionist behavior very rude and charges extra money. I would never recommended this hotel.

Horrible experience and not save for ladies. Room and bathroom was clean but i suggest not to visit with your ladies. Also, manager was charged extra amount while check-in.

This places charges more even when u have already paid through Oyo booking services.
