Yes it's a great hotel for staying. It is near to the Brahmaputra river, you can enjoy the view of the river. In morning and evening the river view is very beautiful.

Very dirty room. No running hot water. Very slow response from staff. Got struck in the lift for 15 odd minutes. Stayed there out of compulsion as entire Dibrugarh is booked for Medical college function. I will not prefer to return ever.

Good hotel, offers good food, staff is responsive rooms are good located in the midst of market area so some sounds are usual in working hours, slight view of the Brahmaputra can be seen from the common balcony. But the ventilation is a bit of issue here. Some rooms lack fresh air as they donot have windows. Can do much better.

There are limited hotels in Dibrugarh. Hotels J S tower is one of 6-8 properties available here.It's situated well , on the main road, 5 min walking distance from main market. 3rd and fourth floor room are well maintained in comparison to other properties we saw. Traffic are really high for the services they are giving .staff and services are really slow though they are really courteous and respectful. They can do better in terms of cleanliness, room service and water management. Tariff : 1600+ gst for twin sharing 2000+for double/triple sharing big bed. Note: they only give package drinking water( which I was highly against of). Lot rooms don't have warm water.tough they can give you a bucket if you ask for. Also no dustbins. Overall, the people are nice and this review isn't against them . It's for the property and owner who should work a bit to improve the services.

Good hotel with cooperative staffs. Housekeeping is nyc. Though this is an old hotel with few rooms not in very tip-top condition. Before checking-in,please check the condition of the rooms.Bar and restaurant at the fifth floor of the hotel. Restaurant closes at 10 PM. Order of food is to be placed 45 min in advance.

Old interiors....light smell coming from room...flush not working in toilet... Towels is not washed proper...landline is not working mostly.... Menu card tattered.. Room Service is wrost... When we call they come after 1 hour whether you have to remind them 2-3 times. Overall room tariff are high with comparison to facility and service.

Good rooms at affordable price. Located 5 minutes walking distance from Main Market. Good hotel staff. Dedicated parking space beside the road infront of hotel which is not so safe according to me. There is also a bar at 5th floor which is also at affordable prices.
