Hotel is good, having all the basic amenities. Staff was supportive but less energetic. TV remotes were not working. When we entered in the room it was filled with cigarette smoke. Ac and exhaust was started, room freshener was sprayed. After 1 hour the smell went off. So initial experience was bad and I felt some guilt in front of my family for choosing the hotel. But after that the stay was fine. So my advice to the hotel staff is... Kindly do not ruin the hotel give some dedication to your hotel. Thanks.
Visiting haridwar from last 15 year's due to my job and this is my first stay here. Excellent room's with very polite staff and situated at very convenient point. This is my first review for any hotel till date and I am sure one will get more than he expected.
