My recent stay at the hotel was nothing short of a nightmare. From the moment I checked in, the staff displayed a complete lack of professionalism and courtesy. The room was dirty, with stained sheets and a non-functional air conditioner. the service left much to be desired, with staff appearing disinterested and unhelpful. It's unfortunate that such a place is in operation. Save your money and time - consider other options." They doesn't have a wifi too. I will never be staying here again and strongly advise others to look elsewhere.

Such a bad hotel, we stayed here for 2 night and when we checked out they said that we broke the table glass and need to pay 2000 for it but we told them that we didn't break anything. They still made us pay 1500. Never staying here ever again. If you ever stay here make sure to check everything and take photos

One of the worst experience with hotel as of now. There were blood marks on bed sheet and hairs on pillow. Post reporting it took them about 3 hours to replace them. And later person at desk said the marks were not there earlier. After slight argument he accepted his mistake and got the bed sheet replaced. Please choose only if there is nothing else left as behaviour of staff is very very important. There were mosquitos also and I had to pay extra to get this problem of mosquitos resolved just to get some sleep.

The rooms which they are showing here are of deluxe or something and we ordered the room through oyo by seeing them only. But when we reached there they mentioned like at the price which we paid something around 750 only that room is available whereas in the oyo app too, rooms that were shown at this price was way bigger and clean than in the room we stayed. So, my experience in this hotel was worst and I don't know whether it's oyo's fault or hotel manager but this shouldn't have happened.

Infrastructure is very bad. In our washroom, there was a huge waterlogging problem. Taps were not working properly. Rooms are not cleaned even once in a day! So many rats are seen throughout the hotel!! No satisfied at all.

The hotel's location is very good. Most of the temples are at walking distance. And railway station is also nearby. It has its own restaurant which is good enough, so you don't need to go far. The rooms however aren't up to today's standards.

service room is not clean and truly my experience is very bad

We were on chardham yatra and had a stay in this hotel on last day. It was the worst hotel. Location is in congested area. It's very difficult to take your vehicle there specially when you have luggage. There will be jam even when you taking down your luggage from vehicle in 5 minutes of time. They don't provide bathroom kit, no proper hot water. Bedsheet and pillow covers are dirty. The water they put in restaurant is not clean. I will never recommend this hotel to anyone.
