Had our 25 year reunion here. Experience was the best in class. Rooms are great for a 2 day business stay. The reception and service team are polite, professional and genuine. The care for service shows. The pub and restaurant makes the experience a wonderful all day pack.
Great hotel in Chennai. It's not that pricey and the staff is highly service oriented. We were fasting and had to get food delivered during odd times. The staff assisted us and they were nice enough to keep extra water bottles in our room because of our fast. The reception was very helpful when I asked for sma things like a printout.. Etc. Good hotel if you're looking for a nominal price for a hotel stay in Chennai. It's located right at the center of the city, very close to the airport
The hotel exterior looks average plus it's hard to find. But once you go in it's completely different, the hotel is completely new, seems like it was recently renovated. The rooms aren't that big but it's good, bed is super comfortable. The room service takes quite some time so plan in advance if you want to order food.

It's one of those very rare hotels where the staff treat you like an extended family - extremely caring. Facilities are great - from boardroom to restaurant. Their menu had every single item in "yummy" category.
Value for money and very near to metro station and airport. The ambience is good and rooms are clean. They do not provide enough toiletteries, but room is good. Mostly tamil channels on tv and few english channels. Breakfast was complimentary with not a very big menu, but enough for the money they charge. Staff is good and helpful, but might face problem with language.
Overall nice hotel, looks are mostly up to par but needs a little improvement with sanitation in restroom facilities apart from that a nice hotel and seems very upscale but for the price it is pretty good
