We had buffet breakfast from the hotel... Was really good.

Now it's kumarakom Park, bar services slow

Not bad for a stay to have some get together with friends. The staffs was so friendly and helpful. The reception is well arranged. I suggest some upgrades and add some more facilities in the rooms like hair dryer, coffee maker, and a hot water kettle. Could add some more lights in the rooms rather than some show lights. There is no view of lake or anything like that but there is a pool to enjoy.

This place is a fraud. Better keep away. Its advertised as 4 star, but even the lobby is not air-conditioned. Rooms were not ready till 12 noon even though they were booked in advance. Was made to sit in the lobby for 2 hours. Lobby doesn't even have a fan. Was all sweaty by the time I reached room. Thought of taking a shower but the water was all muddy and salty. Definitely a deal-breaker for me. Only the rooms were OK.

Our group of 10, my mother and children and grandchildren spent a night at the ashirwad heritage. We had tickets to which is a short cab ride away in the city of kumarakom. The hotel is very nice and the staff is very accommodating and friendly. We arrived very early at 11:00am and they let us check into our room. They were helpful in helping us find a restaurant and ride to show. Navigating with 10 people is never easy. The hotel is convenient to shopping and restaurants. We all loved it.

Rooms are okay for budget stay. The bathroom of the room I was staying at did not have proper covering on the window because of which it would have been visible from outside. Another problem was the free breakfast. There is a vegetarian restaurant attached to the hotel and it just gives 2 dishes - Idli and Appam as part of the complimentary breakfast, whereas other similar hotels offer breakfast buffet.

Hotel is too bad for service and room quality. We stayed for 2 days yellow water to tap, flooring broken, wall paint remove , AC remote not working, food no taste but expensive, single person handling restaurant, 10 times to ask for everything, no drinking water in rooms, charges of room is like resort but hotel is like a guest House.. after complaining to receiption no use, we are like a barking dog ,they will just listen n no solution to ur problem, being a travel agent I myself is not happy with this hotel, definitely u will regret after booking this hotel.
