I recently had a truly awful experience living at Landmark that I cannot recommend to anyone. We stayed at frieze, which is the most luxury out of all the complexes. This place is an absolute disaster, with no parking etiquettes, and an unresponsive tenant association. One of the biggest problems with this apartment complex is the lack of parking etiquette. Despite each parking slot being expensive (nearly 4 Lakh) and paid for by tenants of each flat, tenants frequently park in unassigned parking spots. This creates a nightmare situation for those who have paid for a parking spot, as they are left with nowhere to park. I have attached a picture of the way a tenant left my car in after he parked in my spot. To make matters worse, the tenant association is completely unresponsive to complaints. Despite numerous requests to address the parking issues, nothing has been done. It's clear that the tenant association doesn't care about the concerns of their tenants, and are unwilling to take any action to improve the living conditions. The security also do not care about the cars or the parking. In conclusion, I would strongly advise anyone considering living in this apartment complex to look elsewhere. This place is an absolute nightmare to live in. Save yourself the trouble and find somewhere else to call home.

Had the worst experience staying here. This apartment complex has one of the worst tenant associations I have seen. That too in the most luxurious complex available. The tenants do not follow parking etiquette. The tenant association doesn't care about imposing a fine on the tenants who park in the wrong spots. Our car was broken into and left in a vulnerable state. And the tenant association asked us to lock our car with a chain and padlock rather than letting us access security footage, or increasing the security measures. They are unempathetic and only care about the security measures until you purchase a flat and parking spot for crores. I would suggest anyone trying to buy a flat here to look elsewhere. There will be no one to support you even if your valuable items are stolen.
