Our three-day stay at the hotel was a complete letdown. Everything - the rooms, food, and service - fell short of expectations. It's the worst hotel experience I've had. Dirty bathrooms, poor service, and below-average food made it a regrettable choice. The online pictures hardly matched reality, and the supposed beach access was closed, requiring a longer route. Despite the high cost of around due to peak season, it wasn't worth it.
Room itself was alright, although the access to the room was a little weird and difficult. Good working AC and geyser, 24hr hot water available, we didn't test the TV. Bed was good. Very spacious room, very spacious bathroom too. Not enough foot mats. Too many mosquitoes. Service was the absolute worst. Very limited items available to order to the room (from their own restaurant) and the prices are exorbitant. They're unclear about complimentary services. Ended up paying for breakfast (Rs250 for a bad veg grilled sandwich!) for one guest, before they came around giving us coupons for breakfast. Calling the kitchen to order is pointless, the call will either not be received or someone receives and doesn't reply. Happened 3-4 times.
AC Deluxe Cottages Rooms was not clean, Bed cover was not changed while check In . Bad maintenance, Food was good, staff service is good. No Wifi for AC rooms Tv channels were not working due to insufficient balance. No freezer provided Cloth stand was broken. West of money
We stayed here 2 weeks ago for 4days. First I was abit skeptical reading the mixed reviews but once we reached property and sawed our we,we were just in aww. Suit rooms were fresh cleaned and huge . From seating area to washroom to bedroom to balcony it was all big pretty and clean. Huge space for storage. Balcony giving direct view of beach,beach was just 5 min walk and we were not at all bothered by as commotion it was all peaceful.room service was very prompt. Their restaurant food was quite a delight. And morning breakfast was quite a spread with limited options but unlimited servings . Quality was idli,dosa,puris,bhatura,gravis,omlette,juice,bread butter n jam,milk, cereal,tea n coffee was on spread n were finger licking. Swimming pool was clean. And services provided by hotel were complaint free. So worth staying here!
Old government owned property right on the beach. Spacious rooms. Complimentary breakfast. Room service is disappointing. Good restaurant within the premises make up the deficiency.
Please maintain your room service.... Bcz it's totally bakvas.....
First of all rooms are very big and spacious. We had a room in first floor. From the attached balcony you can have a sweet sea view. But, the sheets were not clean enough, locks on the door was broken. However, the staffs are good and professional and they tried their best to provide for us in any given time. This place has a restaurant just outside the yard. The swimming pool was clean. Altogether a nice experience.
