Nice setting to have a warm evening. Food is fantastic, living up to the reputation of Cafe Coffee Day, very well designed and well maintained place. However, there is room for improvement in customer service.
This cafe is a fantastic location to relax with friends or a special someone. They also have excellent staff behaviour. The atmosphere is pleasant. Compared to other cafes in Agartala, this one is more budget-friendly. I selected watermelon juice, smoked chicken, and coffee frappe. Although I had high expectations, I didn't particularly enjoy the watermelon; instead, I thought the setup was beautiful overall. Please go.
My Experience was Good. I would like to recommend to have Tandoori Chicken Sandwich, Brownie with Icecream and sizzle dizzle Brownie.
I have been to this CCD thrice this year. Located in ML Plaza, this place is favourite amongst people for catch ups with friends. The ambience and decor is b'ful and better than other CCDs The staff here is also good. Service is bit slow. Now coming to coffee and food. The quality and taste is similar to other CCDs which I do not like at all. The coffees in CCD are too much diluted which is same everywhere in India. Hot velvet coffee is the only coffee which I like here. Cafe Latte is the worst one amongst others.
Poor experience with rustic and high toned waiters. No decency in conversation. They dont accept cards. They don't have tea. And n number of other conditions. Not an experience anyone would expect at CCD where one pays a super premium price for a cup of coffee.
Ambience was great, nice seating arrangement. But I didn't like their bun, and the sandwich was okay.

Had a good time here. It has got a nice and clean environment. One of the best places to relax and spend time with friends and ......... The Staffs here behaves very carelessly with customers. And I think few of things are over charged. And moreover I couldn't redeem my CCD beans.
