just on par average and nothing more. the service is too good for this outlet and does not really deserve the appreciation because of the quality in their items. not maintained properly which is not good. good service wont take the fact away that the quality of the items are trash. just doesn't feel right. it's small but really does the job. the only reason i gave the three stars is because of the employees service and the charging socket i got. else the place is trash. im having stomach trouble after the mocha experience. a very nuh uh!

Do not differentiate amongst customers..if you can't offer coffee in ur mugs it should be the same for all. We were given disposable classes when I was having espresso. The taste was less stronger then americano. This is my second visit in 4 years as I work abroad but seeing the quality I see you guys have a lot to learn and reach anywhere close to Starbucks or Kaldi or even good coffee shop. I can get a 100 times better coffee in my Nespresso machine then in ur so called hyped coffee shop. Disappointed like hell...thanks for ruining my taste bud.0/5

I believe it's the only coffee day in Shillong. It's small and is not maintained well. Food and beverages are good and the service provided was decent. No washroom or restroom which is ridiculous for a coffee day.

It's near police Bazaar. Good place for a cup of coffee. Ccd around the world are same, so hold your expectations and sip without regrets

This is not my first worst experience at this store. CCD is known for serving the best coffees around the country with this location as exception. So this time I ordered for a "Devils Own" and what was served to me was just cold coffee with whipped cream, it did not have coffee beans or anything which is mentioned in the menu card. When I asked them about the coffee beans they asked me if I want it? I mean seriously? I placed the particular order because it had all those ingredients mentioned, it doesn't come as an option after you pay almost 300 for a single drink. After being said yes they replied that they don't have coffee beans anymore in the inventory..Why wasn't this communicated to the customer at first and this is not the first time it has happened. In the name of of fancy drink they are serving the customer some stupid simple drink and are charging are bomb for the same. This is completely misleading the customer. And the worst is yet to come,they served the order on disposable cups instead of glasses and the justification for it was they thought it was a take out..whereas it was a dine in and they just assumed it because it was easy for them, secondly they gave me a hand written bill..I mean what on earth? I'm sure this is kind of act is definitely gonna hurt the reputation of CCD at large. Completely disappointed.Never visiting again.

I have ordered Cappuccino & brownie the service is good. I was a bit disappointed bcoz they don't accept Gpay. U can only pay by cash or card.
