Stopped by for a cappuccino. Ambience was beautiful. Looking forward for my next visit.
Compared to other cafes of same franchise from nearby cities, this one was not great. A meeting point which definitely lacks comfortable seating and the overall food expertise (taste and presentation) clearly appears missing. Coming to the service, it wasn't good. This needs an improvement. For a CCD's standards, this barely passes off.
All staffs are untrained staffs. They dont know how to cook or even make a latte. Also milk was not fresh. We have informed the staff, but no use. They continued their serving to other customers. No toilet. Dinning places are not clean. You can see the picture how they served or made it. Very funny.
The quality of food is very worst in CCD the sandwiches which are prepared are done using a week time bread which is affected by fungus and its being served. Very worst service and people serving the food are lethargic in answering and very calm in saying that its last week bread. Its a Total Waste of money. Poor food and poor service.
This CCD is open 24/7 and is part of a food court that is on the service road of the highway. It's placed at a good location considering one can stop during night drive for a coffee and a loo break especially when traveling with family. As usual, this place offers what other CCDs offer across its outlets. Cards accepted. Ample seating available. Parking to be done in service lane but basement parking available. Do note the food court is not fully complete and there are only a few outlets that are open for business.
Had a high expectations before visiting CCD. But almost all the best selling items are out of stock. Coffee varieties where available. Had vanilla cappuccino was very nice taste. Cafe furniture could have been maintained better, it looks old. Anyways enjoyed It..
