I had a health issue due to over weight 147 kg doctor advised me to reduce weight so i joined c3 fitness gym under Ranjith sir he is very good trainer he motivated me a lot and he trained me very well after 3 month of workout with help of ranjith sir i reduced 27kg now my weight is 120kg now my health is very good without any issue my family and friends are very happy. I personally advise for any transformation for weight loss or weight gain anyone can prefere Ranjith sir in the gym. Thanks to Ranjith sir for making me healthy and happy

I've joined C3 recently and the gym is well equipped with international equipments and fitness facilities. I've taken 12 PT sessions under Ranjith Sir. He has given me the best possible training as well as extra support even after ending 12 sessions. Thank you c3 for giving me this kind of trainer.
The gym autmospire is good overall good gym but there is less trainer in the gym. Even Ranjith is helping in workout if he is busy with other PT clients. But in general Ranjith will help to all other clients in gym whoever ask for support.Thanks to all your valuable time and support Ranjith sir.
