Very good fitness centre with high quality equipments and trainers. They have steam along with good quality of cardio machines. The ambiance is very nice compared to other gyms in north chennai. Washrooms are neat and clean. Overall a premium place.
C3 fitness has been awesome to me. It's an hygienic place with good and well trained trainers that helps u achieve your goals with keeping in mind any of your health issues.... so over all it's a good experience working out at c3 gym... I'm getting trained under Mr Mageshwaran who's really good at his work.... and friendly trainer... I'm sure I'm very close to achieve my goals.... it's overall health nd pleasant experience here....

Very good fitness centre for both men and women.Seperate session for women and seperate trainer for both men and women.Especially my trainer Andrea she is very good and kind.Well maintained gym equipments.All together superb
