Burnout gym best place to burnout your calories, wonderful environment with an extremely supportive and friendly trainers. I have been to a lots of gym before and never ever i have seen any changes in my fitness, but here in burnout i was motivated and focused on workouts and achieved few changes in my muscles
I have visited few gyms around manapakkam and DLF before joining here. I would say, a reasonably decent and good gym. Good atmosphere and quite good amount of equipments. Well built and approachable trainers. Apart from these, monthly once they are conducting events and boot camps which is really fun filled stuff for your weekends. Hope this will be helpful.
Equipment's are well maintained neat and clean. With proper guidance of Raam along with diet and workout lost 4kgs in a month. Health is wealth.
1. Gym equipment- All the necessary equipments that needed for the workouts are available in very good condition and also they clean the respective equipment after use. 2. Trainers- Trainers are helpful, as and when required they will come and guide you for the rights way of you the exercise. 3. They do provide diet chart and exercise chart and also monitor on daily basis.
Best Gym in Chennai, staff is great, Shankar and Selva are very nice people, machines are perfectly working, gym is clean and well maintained, 5 stars well deserved!!!
I joined this studio 3 months ago. It's been a nice journey. I lost 10 kgs in 2 months. I was 92.5 kgs when i joined. Now, it 82.2. i never experienced like this in my fitness journey. Good infrastructure and clean environment. Friendly trainers are there. They are giving proper nutrition chart and workout chart separately. Worthy price. Hygienic environment. Also, they cleaning the rest room daily (i never expect) and much more. I recommend this gym to anyone without hesitation.
