Good gym, great atmosphere, knowledgeable trainers. The most important is that you wont find much rush there. Unlike other gyms you can go at any time and do exercises comfortably as it has big cover area. Few machines are there which are not available in other gyms.

Excellent staff and environment. The trainers and supporters are friendly and help you during hour training. The general trainers and the schedule they provide is also personalised accordingly which is pretty good

Good Gym with latest equipment and trainers.

Been going there for last 3 Years. The most spacious Gym i've ever been to in Punjab & Tricity area. I love it , Burn Ghumar Mandi is my Second home

There is very good environment inside the gym and the trainers are very good they help us whenever we need and if I taking about the gym staff they are very hospitable .

Good gym and equipment, but only for the ones who know how to do their workouts. Else hire a personal trainer, which is expensive. Staff is good and responsive. Gym equipment is maintained well even after 4-5 years
