I came twice to try the non-veg and the veg burger. When I went there was a promotion going on for 225Rs and you could get a menu. Each time I went there was no problem to apply the discount, there was however a discrepancy in the payment method. I was told I could not pay with a foreign card on my second visit, when I did on my first. I had cash so it was not a problem, but it could be annoying for other customers. The non-veg burger was really good, the veg one was alright, nothing special. I think this place is definitely worth a visit.

The Burgers were quite moderate to be honest. The buns were too dry and there wasn't enough sauce although the veggies were fresh.I have visited the burgerman in Chennai a couple of times but haven't experienced this. The BBQ chicken fries were also very dry and could easily be identified that it was frozen for a couple of weeks at least. Kindly fix your menu.
Scrumptious! Food is fresh and not at all oily. Staff are friendly and helpful. They have separate grills for meat and veg. I tried Spicy Paneer Burger and it is a must try! The iced tea was also good.

Besides the price, other things like meal quality, vegetarian options, and atmosphere, customer service is excellent. A must-visit restaurant if you enjoy burgers.
We had the smoked BBQ chicken and signature beemer, burgers were good, the patty was really soft and juicy. Only the gourmet section comes with chips/salad but other burgers doesn't come with any fries which is a great bummer. I enjoy burgers most with french fries, fries are available but as an add on. If they can include little bit of the fries with the burgers that would be great. Otherwise nothing to complain, the cashier was very nice and the music was also quite nice.
The ambience is nice cozy but small. I tried their famous chicken siracha which is basically a chicken burger cut into half n put in liquid cheese. The patty is really juicy unlike other places. Loaded cheese they gave. I think burger size could have been bigger bcz its 310 for one burger.
