Bubby Fish & Chicken Corner - Chicken restaurant in Amritsar - Amritsar, India

We accidentally came across this restaurant and tried the signature Amritsar Fish. Yum yum. Went back the next night and ate the butter chicken and Mutton curry. The butter naan is so good. The place was packed and we were the only westerners there. The locals seem to love it as much as we did.

Just over rated due to YouTube and Facebook videos. We take 1/2 Rarra chicken chicken already cooked. Just add with gravy, not properly taste will come. If you understand Punjabi cuisine then definitely you don't like to use over spices kill. The real test service is very poor. They serve half cook, rotis price and quantity is justify not a very good atmosphere, but if you want to try ones then you can go sitting space is good, not properly clean and hygienic

Bearing in mind this is a tourist area and the vibe is fast food on the street, this place is awesome. Don't think of it as a restaurant abd you'll love the bustle. We have been twice and both times the staff were friendly and obliging, despite us only speaking English, and the food was superb. I enjoy Indian food, but as a foreigner am no expert. But I found the famous fish fry moist and delicate. We had butter chicken and mutton tikka on our second visit. Both dishes were warm not hot, with delicate spices. The highlight is the naan, that comes piping hot from a tandoor on the pavement outside. It was busy on a Sunday night and there was a short wait for a table, but it was no hassle getting in as the owner is scrupulous about first come, first served.

This place is awesome and popular to have non-veg lovers. Here fish and mutton are very popular and yummy lucious We ordered tandoori chicken and mutton rogan Ghosh. It was littlerly lip smashing dish. We thoroughly enjoyed every bite of dish. So accurate spices. Medium spicy which suited our taste bud. Ambience: 4 star Cost : reasonable (max 700 for 2 people) Quantity: more than enough (good quantity) Neatness: Ok. Need improvement Service: quite effective and fast

Bubby is the place to eat non veg in Amritsar. Have tried almost all the places in Amritsar but nothing beats Bubby. They have a lot of options in chicken, mutton and fish. We have tried almost everything on the memu. Their Afgani Chicken is amazing and a must try, the Butter Chicken has silky smooth gravy and their saag chicken and mutton is worth every rupee. Prabh, the owner is super friendly and takes care of the diners well. The only thing we would like to have included in the menu is Roomali Roti. Don't miss this place in Amritsar if you like non veg.

Good food.. nice service.. best was fish fry

We ordered Mushroom masala and we specificaly asked the stuff if its not spicy. We were assured that it is not spicy, but food was spicy and too oily. We ate not even half of it and we had stomach ache after that.

Ordered garlic naan and kadhai paneer. Garlic naan was burnt and that too with a hole in the naan ( black burnt hole). Kadhai paneer had a smell and taste of raw turmeric which shouldn't come when food is cooked properly. Called the owner and he says this is how our food is. Gravy is perfect as per him and naan was made of whole wheat atta that's why this was yellowish in color. When I told him it had a black hole he was not accepting this. Thus attaching a picture of so called whole wheat garlic naan. I've been living in Delhi since 1990 and I've eaten kadhai paneer and garlic naan N number of times. This is not how a garlic naan and kadhai paneer taste like. I saw his video on Facebook and YouTube and that's how I visited him. May be due to too much of order the cooks were too busy to prepare food. Pls avoid this place guys. Just a paid social media hype. This review may not gonna affect owner by any means but I just shared my experience.
