I visited for e-kyc, they are very supportively.

Crowded all the time due to Aadhar Change/update request Service. Might need to wait for at least 30 min to get your Network related issues. They charge Rs100 for SIM replacement and Rs250 for new connection or for network porting. For porting no photo or Xerox is required, Aadhar original and the card holder is enough. Aadhar Requests can take a couple of hours depending on your request if it's Phone number update it can be bit easy compared (min 0.5-1hr). If it's Address change or name changes be-prepared for at least min 2hrs. Not of cost for aadhar requests. Based on experience here, might differ from time to time

Same old building no change in environment

Very old building. Not doing any commercial work here.

Here officers are polite and works fast and responsible, you can get broadband, telephone connection,you can also do bill payments here

Aadhar services are available and also the tele communication, broad band services are there

Networks lo chetta network BSNL matrame ...all stupid customer exicutives I don't know they knew the work or not ..All stupid answers and no solution provided by the customer care
