BSNL Office - Telecommunications service provider in Kathua - Kathua, India

Very bad services . Its almost 5 months when i had submitted application for the cancellation of connection and clear all dues but still they people are not processing the application and adding bill amount every month . Now if they are not processing the application who is responsible for paying the additional bill ? Dont go for it .

I have a BSNL fibre in my home and the day i got connection, it works properly only 4 days out of 20 days and the talking about Staff some of them are helpful and some just make you fool and I think it is a just a wait of Money , the heads of BSNL look into this personally so i guess they should do this because i have spent 6000 on this which is not Worth at all !

Bsnl is the only company which is providing fiber connection in kathua. They are running alone in the race and still they are coming second. The contractors whom Bsnl owe are supervacaneous , they don't know how to talk with costumers. They'll switch off their mobile phones whenever any problem occurs. Now in lockdown , they are giving some cheap modem routers for getting some commission and tell me why did they give cheap routers in lockdown?? If they would have told me that good routers are not available, then I wouldn't have taken the connection. . Once, my router stopped working for 10 days..and neither contractor nor bsnl reponded. Even I went to Divisional engineer of kathua but nothing happened. Everyone who is reading this review, please don't go for bsnl fiber connection. They really give worst service. Wait for airtel/jio or any other good company to come.

Good place bsnl office in kathua. I've purchased new pre on post connection from here.

The staff is very cooperative and is working hard to help BSNL Stay relevant. The government needs to do more for the employees.

Office is good but service is slow. Very slow.
