BS Hospital Ooty - Hospital in Ooty - The Nilgiris, India

My wife recently admitted at BS Hospital Ooty for Pregnancy. Firstly we were bit hesitant as we have been told that cost is high by some of the localite. Nevertheless, when I received the final bill I was bit surprised as the bill is very minimal and affordable. My wife was suffering from Pain, the staff nurses visits our rooms often to check my wife and even had a word with her about the process which really eased her pain. Labour room staffs were keep on informing the process and how my wife is doing inside Labour room, they even called me to Labour room once, so that my wife feel relaxed. Both the staff nurses and Labour room staffs does an incredible job and they were really supportive, kind and took incredible care. The hospital is really equipped with Latest technology. Doctors are very nice and good in behaviour and attitude. Best part of the hospital is cleanliness. General ward, private rooms everywhere they do maintain very high-class cleanliness and sanity. The food provided to Patient is very hygienic at the same time tasteful as well. The Receptionist, help desk and Insurance team all of them are supportive and swiftly responded to my queries every time. Thank you BS Hospital Ooty for the incredible care towards Patient and seamless process throughout the journey.

I was admitted at BS Hospital Ooty for pregnancy. The hospitality was very good. Doctor Sivakumari ma'am is great and the treatment was very good. All the nurses and staffs were kind and took great care especially Stella ma'am and Regina ma'am in the scan department was caring. The hospital was hygienic. Overall the experience was very good. I thank BS Hospital Ooty for the great care and support.

My wife was admitted in the hospital for pregnancy. It was a pleasant service and I was really thankful to Dr Sivakumari for the great service. Also, special mention to the Nurses who supported and treated well with their patients and kindness. I wanted to share my experience with BS hospital for my new born baby. I have been visiting the hospital from 3rd trimester for my wife. Overall it was a great experience as the entire journey went very well. The hospital infrastructure is of great standard, doctor have exceptional experience, nurses were very talented and supportive. Thanks to Suvakumari mam. Special thanks to nurses Kavitha, Sini, Ramya and Backiya. The nurses behaved very well and apart from Healthcare support they provided emotional support as well. Feels good to have experience like this during critical time of our life.

We had great experience with BS Hospital. At Ooty it's one of the best hospital you can go. Specially for child delivery Dr. Shivakumariprakash and thier team of nurses were very nice and supportive. Also the hospital is clean and staffs clean it regularly. All the staffs are friendly and they explain procedures very clearly. Areas to improve: Parking is available but not too much spaces. It's very difficult to find the parking spaces.

Professional setup!! Wonderful staff (including the doctors). I am grateful to Dr. Shivakumari and the team of nurses who ensured we had a smooth experience during out stay there. A wonderful baby girl was delivered and we are grateful to everyone who were involved. A big thanks to Mr. Prashanth who guided us from beginning to end. Latha ma'am was wonderful as well. A wonderful experience overall.

Overall experience has been good as we always got all care and proper treatment at all time . Doctor Sivakumari ma'am is amazing and gave a lot of confidence and had a very positive attitude and even if there were any ups and downs she would handle the situation so well and would never let us panic. The services rendered by the staff in the hospital was amazing especially Latha mam who is friendly in nature and very kind with the patients.
