At best a 1500 gym for the equipments and weights available, clean space though, but 2000 is overcharging in that area for trainers that have no certification mostly and are wasting time of the clients by making them do random stuff instead of teaching them the basics like BP, DL and Squats on a free bar to make them independent. Not recommended.
Its quite a nice gym. Good instructor, good/kind staff members. Gym has Airconditioning. Everything is great, but I feel it could be improved by adding more varieties of machines. Dont get me wrong, it has very good machines. But it would be perfect, 5 out of 5 if it had each and every kind of machine, like that machine for chest pump, which is used to train chest and reduce chest fat. I highly recommend my friends to use this gym, its one of the best public gym in guwahati. Thumbs up
I joined this gym back in 2020 and have been working out here since then. It is well equipped and the ambience is very good. It has good hygiene. My overall experience in this gym is awesome.

Great gym. Very clean and client friendly. All the trainers on the floor are helpful and knowledgeable. They guide the clients at all stages right from scheduling to diet. This gym is what I think about when I think of the perfect gym. It quickly moved to the awesome energy and knowledge that you get from the trainers here. My trainer Bappi is very helpful and take time with me. Also he understand what you are striving for and he will get you there and further, while having fun. The classes are intense for everyone, and you will love the diverse workout combinations.
A very clean gym with a proper-gym ambience. Clean bathroom, big plus point, and the trainer is the biggest asset of the gym. He is the most kind and motivating trainer. Trust me , this gym is better than any other Gold's Gym or whatnot gym. Edit:- the trainer sucks. Calls out for doing hip thrusts, saying it'll damage my ankle. Good luck.
