"This one .... Is the ONE u need!!" ... I had never done yoga before but she made me progress soo quickly that I can definitely observe noticeable changes in body , i gained soo much flexibility and stamina than before. Also her virtual classes are just as good as her in person classes ,her attention to the detailed movements is unmatched. I would highly recommend to try it once.

As the name says it all , the yoga trainer is really brilliant in her work. I had an extreme cervical pain and a stiff neck , in the very 1st month I could see the difference and I'm much relieved. Besides this , breathing exercises helped me to improve my concentration and the yoga asans and exercises made the body much flexible .
I joined only 2 months ago yet I lose 5 kg of weight with least dieting. The atmosphere here...is so awful..nd I felt a huge change ...in my personality as well as in my mindset. Its been one and a half month since i have joined the online class.. i feel so calm while practicing yoga everyday. It's a fantastic way to get a good workout. I even lost few inches. Our instructor is so helpful. She communicates so well and makes you feel very comfortable and an active part of it. If you have the opportunity do not hesitate to join the online class.
