The instructor is absolutely wonderful, which makes working out super fun and sustainable. I've been with them since the last 6-7 months and the classes are always interesting. She is very well trained and experienced, she closely monitors the students and corrects instantly.
The meditation sessions are my favourite. They are so soothing and calming, exactly what you need at the end of a physically and mentally exhausting week.
Anchal is also an excellent listener and motivates all her students about their particular goals, lending a helping hand towards making them feel better about themselves and their body. She's always striving to better all her students physical and mental health, which is why I recommend her to everyone. It doesn't matter if you've been doing yoga for 20 years or you're a beginner. Her extensive knowledge and patience makes her an ideal guru.
Anchal is a great yoga mentor, her efforts to understand and personalise yoga sessions based on one's potential, medical history and body is really commendable. I had a tailbone fracture when I joined, and the injury's healing progress has been immense since, I can really feel it.
It's been a delightful one year of learning with her and I look forward to her sessions in the upcoming years. 100% recommended for taking yoga classes!
I have been doing Yoga online with Anchal for a year now. Its been absolutely great experience. She monitors everything very minutely and with great patience..Infact she has lot of patience for her age. My schedule is very tight, but if I ever miss a class, Anchal adjusts it very smoothly. Steadily, my body is making progress. Really looking forward to achieving more with her. Hope she doesn't stop here, and gains more & more knowledge about Yoga and Fitness, and becomes an international trainer.

Anchal makes it really easy to practice regularly. All you have to do is show up on the mat, and the rest is taken care of. What I loved the most was the combination of Anchal's ability to customise the session as per the requirements of the different participants, and the personal connect and attention through which the session could be light or heavy based on what's going on with you. Very grateful for the holistic and scientific understanding of body and movement that Anchal offers in her sessions!
