I recently dined at BONSAI, a multi-cuisine restaurant, and I must say it was a truly delightful experience. I ordered the "Veg Biryani" and after eating almost half of it,I got to see a "Hair" in the food ! This proved the hygiene quality with which they are preparing the products. Aside from that,the service and atmospheric quality is good !
We tried the bonsai special drink and found it to be quite delicious. However, the crispy chili chicken didn't meet our taste expectations, as it was not cooked properly. While the veg pulao and chicken tikka masala were tasty, they were both a bit too oily, with the chicken tikka masala having more oil than gravy and chewy chicken pieces. On the positive side, the service provided by the waiters was excellent.
Food was nice...but Biriyani has a strong flavor of rose water...but chicken fried rice and butter chicken was good.. Service and atmosphere also nice.. Overall nice experience.
It's a nice restaurant in the heart of Agartala city. One must try their, prawn Sushi it's a good one. Other Japanese cuisine with Indian tadka is worth trying. Have a look at my photos.
Calm ambience inside. Their service is pretty much good towards the customers. You should try their chicken sizzler and mojitos. Good quality food. And definitely don't forget to take a photo under the tree
