The store is excellent and the staff (Sunil and the entire team) is super helpful, polite, and patient. I had initially ordered shirts online because I didn't know a physical store of BSC existed since 5 years in my city but they were very loose despite seeking online support from the website at the time of buying. BSC perhaps could improve on their customer support !! Great experience overall.

Sunil Rawal and the entire team at the SBR Ahmedabad store were extremely helpful. They delivered my products on urgent basis as I had to travel. Their Chinos used to have really good uniqueness with different stitching, flexi patterns and good contrast designs Now becomes very basic which doesn't make any impact in visual difference I wish that comes back
