The gym has all the equipment needed for weight training and cardio. But what stands out are the trainers. They are attentive and prescribe work outs as per the body type of the client. Overall, one of the best gyms in this part of the city.

I was looking for a gym which would give me a holistic experience online since I am based out of Mumbai. I found the perfect balance at Body Sculptor, whom I found out about through Instagram. Little did I know, it would a journey towards well being, lifestyle and habit changes and personal growth, an experience which is extremely rewarding and satisfying. The sales team was extremely responsive, and got in touch with me almost immediately. The onboarding process was smooth. Their online training is very good. The personal trainers are cordial and respectful when it comes to dealing with clients. Also, the Trainers are knowledgeable, strict and compassionate. They do not risk your health for anything in the world. Nor do they believe in unnecessary expenditure. They worked around the equipment's I had on me, telling me to buy only when necessary and important (which has just been twice in the last 8 months) The nutrionist chalks out a well balanced diet plan keeping your needs and training in mind. Both the trainer and the nutrionist are extremely patient, always a call or a message away to address one's queries, questions and concerns. The focus is on you all the way. Azad, my personal trainer; Ankita my nutrionist along with Prashant sir are all there, keeping a hawks eye on my progression and regime. They don't let me slip and constantly motivate and push me forward. There is accountability and responsibility both by the trainer, nutritionist and the client where it is team work. Their online training program is very good. I have visited the gym during my visit to Munbai. There is a happy and warm vibe to it. The equipment's are par excellence. There is Lean Kitchen by Maya which makes healthy yet delicious meals. It is a must try. Do enrol with Body Sculptor. From personal experience, They discuss with you on your needs, focus areas and health conditions and plan a training schedule accordingly. It's an experience of a lifetime.

I've been a member of Prashant Sawant's Body sculptor for over 1.5 years now, and I've never felt better! The trainers are knowledgeable and helpful. My trainer Omkar pushes me to my limits, but he also make sure that I'm using the proper form to avoid injuries. I've also been following the diet plan that Ankita, the dietician gave me. All this put together has helped me gain muscle. The gym has great vibe, is always clean and well-maintained, and has a very helpful support staff. I highly recommend this gym to anyone who is looking for a place to get in shape and achieve their fitness goals !!
