I don't know if the other reviews are paid or something but my experience at this gym is very bad. The trainers, the machines, the ambience and everything else is not that of a decent gym. Specially, the trainers I mean a person who wants to start with his/her fitness goals needs a good trainer but here the trainers are not educated enough to train others. I just wanted to share my personal experience at the gym to save you some bucks if you want you can waste yours too and try yourself. Good luck!
Hands down, Best choice I've made training at Body Rhythm. Their trainers are exceptional, the overall vibe is great and I have had nothing but good experiences. I definitely recommend them to my friends and family
Joined gym 6 months ago and saw a good transformation under the guidance of Lovely sir. He was the first person whom I met there and he has helped me a lot during my journey. His nature is so friendly not only to me but also for others. Had a good experience in the gym and recommended others also. The gym is spacious and equipments are good.
The staff here is incredibly friendly and extremely qualified! I highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to get in shape the trainer's are really awesome and helpful, they make me feel really comfortable. AMAZING GYM, good equipments.The staff here is incredibly friendly and extremely qualified. Pankaj sir is having good physique and always tell you you how to do exercise correctly if you are doing wrong. They know how to push you to the limit in the best way possible with your workouts. You will not leave disappointed! Such a family vibe as soon as you walk in the doors - I highly recommend checking this gym out.
