As someone who had stopped working out for almost 2.5 years. Starting to train again was a challenge because my form for all exercises was poor and resulted in a lot of soreness post training. I took on a personal trainer (Prathap) at Body Lyrics and feel that I'm on my way back towards full fitness. Prathap was very cordial and based on my condition he pushed me and challenged me. He offered a variety of training routines that made each session more engaging. I would recommend for all first timers or even those who are experienced to take a few sessions with Prathap as he will offer guidance on how to make your training sessions interesting. The facility as a whole was equipped with all that was needed for anyone at any level to perform their exercises.

Very nice gym, well-equipped with wonderful personal trainers too. All of them very professional. Special mention to my PT Mr. Prathap. Good rehab centre too. The plus point being the pool facilities too which is rare commodity in a city like Chennai.

Body Lyrics, Savera is a really amazing place, with great ambience as well as good equipment and great trainers and dietitians. I always look forward to my workouts. A special mention to my trainer, Prathap sir, who constantly motivated me to do better, and was extremely helpful. A big thank you to Body Lyrics who also made sure to check my progress from time to time.

I have really enjoyed working out at O2 . Training with Prathap has helped me to push myself to do better. He is knowledgable and patient and makes every workout valuable .

I have been a member since October 2019. I enjoy going there as i feel people are very good and helpful and they motivate you. I have enjoyed my online sessions the most. If i miss one day i feel i have missed for so many days. Since they monitor you, you try to do your best and when you make mistakes they guide you. i feel Amazing one of my friends suggested O2 i always remember her Thanks to her. i have a member of o2 nungambakkam for 7 years now. the support staff and the trainers are super polite and professional. Always greeting cheerfully and there to guide you. Though i missed a lot of gym in 2020 will try to make up when things open up now. Ambience is nice , clean equipments and a safe and friendly unisex workout place where men and ladies exercise without any sense of uncomfort. Do miss the suprise events like dances cakes games which got organised on occasions like women's day, valentines day where all gym goers enjoy a lot

I am a regular attendee of the O2 virtual fitness classes for the past one year. Sunday alone is holiday here. In All the 6 days of the week there will be a trainer and the schedule will be sent the earlier day itself. Video and audio quality of the training are amazing Wednesdays and fridays we have yoga classes. Yoga madam teaches us excellently. Monday it will be for the upper part and core, tuesday it will be for the lower part and core, thursday it will be a general fitness class and saturday it will be body weight training. All the trainers are very experienced trainers and the online class is so good that i do not miss it any day. The trainers take extra care in correcting the postures and counting the repititions. The day will be complete for me only when i attend this O2VF class. I have been become an addict of O2VF. In this covid lockdown period this O2VF class is a god given blessing as a relaxation. Keep up the good work O2VF team.
