I was visiting family in Korattur & was looking for a local gym where I could train during my stay. After being refused by two other gyms, I finally reached out to Body Engineer Gym. The trainer Balaji was very friendly & welcoming. He straightaway allowed me to train there for a nominal fee. The gym had all the required equipment for a basic powerlifting gym - a squat rack, barbells, weight plates & space to deadlift which ticked all my boxes. I will be sure to train here the next time I visit Chennai!

Begin with something nice, no matter how small. Say that the gym has like the music, the workout variety, or even the instructor energy and attitude. One of the best gyms in my surrounding which offers good equipments at the best price. The gym isn't crowded like other places. The trainer Mr balaji helps out everyone to gain strength and positioning with proper warm ups and streching. He gives proper guidance for each muscle with compound exercises to target each muscle correctly. I have been going there for the past 6 months and I have seen amazing results with the exercises he has been suggesting and I'm totally Natty. I have worked out at different gyms in my locality but for the price and equipments offered along with the guidance, I feel this has paid off alot for me and my pocket .

This gym setup is great and spacious. Trainer Mr. Bala has got real knowledge about fitness and dieting. Started my journey with him and hoping for the best result. Check out the gym guys.
