One of the best decision i have made is to join this place. Outstanding trainers amazing workout plans.losing 10kgs with this short period is not easy my trainers (Ms.Hanny,Ms.Cathu,Mr.Britto)really pushed me to test my limits and do better each and every day.Their attitude of training is just wow and even in aerobics there are many such instructor who makes it possible they push you and encourage you and make you use your full potential.overall the environment is outstanding all members in this center are very friendly. If you're looking a fitness centre i would suggest you to join Body & Sense ..
