Dr Chandana has immense deep knowledge and technical skills to figure out our psychological issues and underlying traumas. I have been wonderstruck with her knowledge and skills. The speak up workshop has been a wonderful experience, to handle conflicts during a conversation and to speak up effectively and also not to speak during disagreeable situations organically and still started feeling safe and secure. It's total fun and exciting and yet so deep and meaningful workshop. Regarding the own your self workshop: This has been the most valuable game changer workshop in this entire journey. It takes us through the scariest path of our childhood and heals us effectively and makes us stand bold with self compassion and self worth. I really would miss these sessions, its just amazing to hear Dr Chandana and being addressed on the pains of our past, validation of those pains , it is not a small thing that we went through, the early morning sessions were a real impactful ones in this past two months, i really look forward to keep listening to such group workshops and live sessions in the future too, the quality and technical knowledge Doctor Chandana holds has helped us to get healed of our traumas and identify the dis regulations in our body. The only way to get healed from the pain is to go through it, this holds 100 percent true in cases of our childhood traumas I can boldly say that, i have immense changes from the hurting pains of my childhood, and i can now be normal and lovable with the same people who were unjust to me, at the same time, keep myself prioritised and worth without going into a selfish pattern. My social anxiety and religious anxieties and much other issues were addressed and its showing great results. LIFE HAS BECOME A PLEASANT JOURNEY NOW. Thanks to the incredible service offered by the entire Bodhi team.You are saving many families and persons through the professional and quality service u offer. I have found Dr Chandana to be very professional, knowledgeable and someone whom I can trust and count on for any help at anytime. I have improved and still improving a lot ever since I started my healing journey with the guidance of dr chandana. The workshops conducted by her are very helpful I think none of the psychologists in kerala have brought this initiative. Kudos to your efforts doctor!

Now it's almost 8+ months I'm with Bodhi. I completed 3 workshops and it was a wonderful experience with so much learning. This was a great opportunity to meet like-minded people, which gave me the feeling that "I'm not alone". When I started this journey I had some confusions and problems with trusting the process. I continued just because of my intuition and I felt like experiencing it on my own. During this journey, I went through so much of emotional ups and downs which can exactly be called "emotional roller coster". It's really hard to stick on to the process with "my trust issues". I think these 8 months are the fastest phase of growth and development that has happened in my life. Now I can feel the calmness inside me and my boundaries are healthy.
