BM Hospital | Multi Speciality Hospital - Maternity Centre in Chennai - Chennai, India

I recently had an emergency case and was admitted to this hospital. The handling of my case was commendable, and they performed a surgery late at night with great expertise. The post-surgery care provided by the hospital team was also excellent. They ensured timely changes of the trips bottles and demonstrated good coordination among themselves, despite working in different shifts. The room cleaning team was proactive, cleaning the room twice or thrice a day. I found the management and staff to be friendly and supportive. However, there were a few negative aspects that need improvement. The discharge process was disorganized, and I had to wait for an extended period of time. The separation of the hospital bill and pharmacy bill created unnecessary confusion and added to the overall mess during discharge. Additionally, the cashless reimbursement of my insurance was not processed during the time of discharge. Although they mentioned that it should have been done within 24 hours of my admission, I missed the opportunity due to my emergency admission. It would have been helpful if the hospital's insurance team had considered my situation and simplified the process accordingly. Another aspect to address is the height of the patient beds. They are set at a height that makes it difficult for post-surgery patients to sit comfortably. Having height-adjustable beds would greatly improve the overall comfort and convenience for patients recovering from surgery. Overall, the hospital provided excellent medical care and support, but improvements are needed in the discharge process, insurance reimbursement procedure, and patient bed height.

Very useless and very rude behavior by the staff. Charges are so high. Always searching to collect money Unnecessarily. Very slow process by the counter staff and lab staff. So if possible I'll give negative stars. if u r in any emergency situation I personally recommend that plz avoid this hospital. Bcoz wastage of your hard earned money as well as life of your loved ones. -*****

Got my mother in law admitted for treatment, the doctors gobinath and thiagarajan were courteous and took good care and we're quickly able to diagnose the disease. Administrative officers were also quick to address any complaints and insurance process were quite smooth.. overall, pleased with the experience.

I have been visiting BM hospital from very long time. I am very satisfied with all the doctors here. My special thanks to Dr Geetha who's constant counseling has helped me deliver a healthy baby. The staffs of the hospital are kind and they respond to the patients request immediately. Suggestion: there should be restricted visiting hours and restriction on number of people to help the privacy and fast recovery of patients.
