Just looting the customers Semi trained staff First they said you book your jewellery and we will hold your price but at the time of delivery they just increase the same. And the design you order and the design you get is totally mess And they just declined their words by saying if you don't want it just cancel the order Not upto mark as their brand name Don't want to share the name of sales person but bad experience and wastage of time

The most stupid sales person (Priyanka) I have ever seen in my life. I had visit store had bought a pendant and chain. They didn't have enough in stock and promised next day delivery. They didn't deliver as promised and also delivered the wrong chain. I had a function and faced problems because of stupid errors of the staff. They didn't even care to pick my calls or call me back. Not only this they didn't guide me properly and sold an item with higher making charge. I reordered from other and they guided me to buy at a lower making charge (4k+ difference) The staff at south ex is rude and gives foolish reasons. Never visit the south ex outlet as they will try to cheat you in every way possible. Overall you should avoid purchasing from bluestone, and definitely this store.

I bought mine and my fiance's engagement rings from Bluestone South Ex and I am very delighted. The delivery time of custom product is very less as compared to other brands and variety is enormous. Executive Mr. Ajay was extremely helpful in the entire process of selection, booking, delivery, and care. He was always available on call for any query we had.

Hands down the best jewelry store with the down to earth, humble and helpful sales staff - the team over there loves to genuinely help people and tries to match everyone's expectations with the jewelry designs. The sales person - Neeta was so good and we had a great experience with her. Bought rings for engagement and we had a great experience at Bluestone, south extension. PS: we were long time Tanishq store loyalists and we didn't have a good experience in the South ex store as they didn't have good designs plus the attitude of the salesperson there was quite bad. My family has such a positive outlook to Bluestone and cheers to neeta and other store managers for developing this culture.
