Since june I'm practicing online yoga with Dipal ji,Blue Leaf yoga studio.because of irregular period I joined the yoga course. I can see the difference within 3 months. Now my period is getting streamlined . We are doing different kind of exercises and postures everyday. I am satisfied with the yoga classes.

Its an excellent place to learn yoga and for holistic personal development. Dipal maam is a professional teacher who teaches everything in polite manner and give individual attention. Highly recommended.
