As we booked restaurant for birthday party of our only kid, so its room quality don't know. But the services and hospitality, co-operation of Mr. Gouranga - Manager was so nice. Food quality was also very good.
It's a good place to enjoy with friends and to organise a party with office colleagues ... The service is good and the food is also good and the ambience and location is great ... So, have a great time together and enjoy the quiet serenity of this hotel

Zero maintenance. Cockroaches in the room. Dirty bathroom. Remote for AC doesn't work. Fan with no regulator. And above all no service at all. Perhaps the only hotel in the world where the staff sleep till 9.0 in morning. Had a terrible experience staying here.
I have paid Rs2240 for night, Non AC single occupancy without breakfast,
Ordered Tea but they can only serve coffee which took an hour to deliver,
Water Gyser is not working, Fridge is just a show piece,
Dustuimg on switchboards, and dressing table,
No ward robe only hooks,
WiFi is too weak that was flickering,
Room service you have too call on mobile.. Broken tiles in room..
Overall not maintained property.. Choose alternative &in this budget you will find many options
The prices of food are very high but the food quality and quantity are like average. ambience is medium not bad and not too good. Staff's are very annoying, they don't give you privacy, they will seat in front of your table and stare you or if a say clearly they stare badly on female customers. My experience with my gf there is very bad, i will never come here again.
