Very bad experience with blue dart. No contact no, courier boys didn't call before coming.pethatic service i must say

Worst courier service and staff. Delayed my urgent consignment for about 2 weeks. I personaly get there to collect 4 times and they refued to give every time. Courier is shown delivered on site but they didnt delivered it for 2 long weeks. Their staff is not at all serious about any thing. My business got affected because of this consignment. Even india post is far better then their service

-5 star rating Worst experience I had ever in my history. Waste fellows. No updates on the services It was around 4 days & there's no update of my courier till now. Customer care is giving the option to collect the courier from service centre. My suggestion: Never use Blue dart if u r looking for any urgent courier services Specially don't expect it from jalandhar branch.

This was my first visit to this location. I really love the service.I got it what I have asked for especially param didi who helps me to choose the right color for my hairs and did the fantastic job. I really recommend this salon for the perfect hair color...

It's been more than a week since my parcel has reached your Jalandhar office, i needed it in emergency and your pathetic service haven't delivered my order yet. Even the delivery person haven't called or contacted me. And then they say delivery delayed for no reason. For the whole week , I'm trying to contact you. Even no one is responding the contact no. What takes you so long to deliver the parcel in the same city?

It's useless service. They won't call you but simply to save their a$$ they will say incomplete/wrong address. They won't share delivery personal's number even of their office. Unprofessional approach from these so called professional courier services. Specially in Jalandhar. I will advice to sender please dont use their service in case of special things like Passport, ATM , creditcards. After three days i recieved my parcel by visiting their main branch.

I want to rate in minus, there employees never use to answer the call. Knor they deliver at your location. They will always call you in midway and ask to collect And they use to cancel the order by there own. Bas experience

Worst service provided by blue dart. Express courier did not get deliver for 3 days. Finally, I have to go to blue dart office and collect the courier. Staff was supportive and they handed over to me in a while. Customer care of blue dart is also not easily approachable. Call them 10 times and then call gets connected.
