Pathetic Service of Blue Dart Bhilai, Chattisgarh! The product was posted way back on 8th of November and its already 16 of Novemberand not yet reached the destination..till today !! Complaint raise twice over phone after waiting for ages to get through the customer care agents,Yet no positive action! How rubbish is blue dart service!

Brilliant service! I had to post my urgent docs to Pune, and I'm just impressed with their transparency regarding the whole process from the start to end, also Bluedart has really helpful staffs. If you want to post/courier your imp goods (like anything) in less time all around in India as well as in Abroad, then consider doing so with Bluedart, you won't regret it.

please thing twice to use blue dart services, specially. when you have plan to send any imp documents. this is not trustable services in terms of timeline they commit. you can not reach out to customer care easily for tracking your parcel when it is delay or you wan to escalate in such cases.

Worst delivery partner. Always delayed and no proper reply.

Fast and reliable courier service. Visited to collect my passport. Unfortunately, they didn't accept credit/debit cards and had to resort to paying with cash.

Delivery service is good . But their customer service is worst, there isn't any right tracking system of delivery and also contact number of delivery guy. They took my product two days in hub without any proper reason or update on their tracking system. End me mujhe khud ko jana pada hub apna product lene, hub bhi badi mushkil se mila. Galat mapped tha Google map me.kafi mashkkat ke bad mujhe ye hub mil gayi ..than I updated the location in the Google map. .
