Very bad service they show gate locked mostly delay delivery like that

Worst courier service in the whole world. I have waited whole day for my courier as per delivery schedule but no one delivered my parcel. Later on they have updated status parcel not delivered due to non availability of person. However, no call received from them. What a pathetic service especially Zirakpur branch

Pathetic service, I ordered something from a site with in a 2 days my parcel reached at Zirakpur Bluedart office. And after that 2 days I didn't received my parcel even I'm staying at Zirakpur. as per delivery schedule my parcel will reach to my place by Morning 11am but no one delivered my parcel and they updated the status around 9pm that "parcel not delivered due to non availability of person" and no call received from them.

Worst carrier service ever. No sense of communication. Very cheap and less minded nature. Very bad communication. No one can even pickup the phone even call 4-5 times. Why the hell such courier service available in the market, if they are not able to provide a good services . If the company officials have little bit of shame, then at least try to make some improvement. What's a disaster experience with blue dart again as my address has been changed so I have informed them and even after this they mindless people's try to deliver parcel on my old address. What a badass people's. When try to call on it's main customer care number which is mentioned on it's official site ,says number doesn't exists. What a courier company. If Google allows me then I give actual rating which is -infinity, Blue dart only deserves this. Even they don't deserve 0, if give 0 to them, then this is insult of 0 number. I don't understand why such banks like HDFC partner with such courier. Please guys make some sense..

Worst service ever Don't deserve even 1star..they keep on updating themselves delivery attempted unsuccessful ,costumer not available where as m here waiting whole day for the call...and the delivery guy either doesn't answer the call or switch off his phone...very disappointed with blue dart service in zirakpur

One of the worst services, no call nothing wrong status update total customer harrassment. I order a phone through samsung but not delivered. No way to reach them.

Blue dart zirakhpur is befooling all stakeholders by marking returning courier as not in service area .This needs to be corrected as this is black dot on the name of Blue dart.its more of harassment than service.

Very Poor Service and unprofessional Behavior. Important documents not delivered for 3 days. Daily I receive SMS for Courier out for delivery and the courier service without making a delivery attempt, at end of they just put in home closed remark in there portal. I went to pick up the courier my self but, they just denied to give it to me my courier and said that my courier will be delivered at my place tomorrow by there delivery guy. Still not delivered. The Toll-free number on Bludart not working. So no way to register a complaint. This Zirakpur Bluedart depot and the courier service sucks big time.
