Blitz has been my second home on my fitness journey because of their focus on functional fitness, outstanding coaches, and the great sense of community that runs through every workout session! The workouts are well-planned from warm-up to cool-down, and the coaches thoroughly explain and teach the techniques to avoid injury.

The instructors are absolutely amazing and incredibly helpful. They are always there to help make sure that everyone is challenging themselves during the workouts but without the risk of injury. The environment at the gym is very welcoming for ALL levels of fitness.i really enjoy the workouts.

Had been looking for a place that would not only concentrate on workouts but also understand my injuries and limitations. Their functional training batches are too good and each member is given personal attention. Been a regular(almost) since a month now. Absolutely fun functional training sessions conducted by Coaches Manish, Sourav & Soumitra. Blitz Athletics is by far one of the best crossfit studios I have enrolled in. They have the best and the most amazing coaches who will not only teach you the proper techniques but will also make sure you reach your maximum potential injury free. To top this all off, is the community that the folks at Blitz have created. Everyone is super supportive and encouraging and are each other's biggest cheerleaders.
