I have been regular at this gym and the morning trainer, Preet Sir is very knowledgeable! He guided me in such a way which was best suited- and there was inch-loss right from the first month! I definitely recommend Sir.. just to add the gym is a bit small so it's best if one goes in the odd timings. Happy health! Thank you.
Perfect spot to start your fitness journey, far better than other gym's. Morning trainer preet is genius, pays attention on each client. Both the staff and crowd in morning are nice. Better equipments could be provided though!!!
Trainer (Preet sir) is very professional and guide properly for every exercise. I have never seen any trainer envolve guiding all people in gym. That's the advantage there.

Extremely unprofessional Gym with unhygienic equipment and poor maintenance. Trainers are quacks and couldn't even make a workout schedule and diet plan for three months, with an audacity to demand extra to give personal training!
Very good place for the beginners. Super friendly environment & trainers will look after your whole fitness regimen very carefully according to your initial fitness level and will always encourage you to achieve your fitness goals. Well maintained place with all the modern equipments. I have been working out here from past 3 months and i am very much satisfied from their service.
the price they are charging is too much . its a gym in bk dutt colony in a space of 2 combined lig flats. Further, the equipments are not upgraded. Rupees 4500/month not at all worth. Anytime fitness jor bagh/ south ext are way better. You can feel the difference in the crowd and the gym managers.
I have been working out here for 5 months and my experience has been superb. The gym boasts all modern equipments and the trainers are sensitive. They take personal care of your workout routine and your fitness is their aim. If you're looking for a good workout experience, this is the place to be.
