One and only perfect gym in this area. This gym offers so many amenities, you get well gym trainers, hot/cold/water facilities available, washroom/restroom, huge space for weight lifting and Cardio sections and that too is very neat and clean, machine/equipment are best in class and so on.
Gym owner is superb & very halp full
Equipment are good in the new Gym but it is quite congested and they don't run all the AC , 3-4 AC is not sufficient for such a large space .its become quite suffocating sometimes which may lead to health problem to people in the Gym. They have spoil the entire experience due to congestion and suffocation in the gym . You will find only reception area cool and well ventilated.
One of the best gym in the Bandh Road, Sangam Vihar vicinity. It got all the equipments you need in well maintained conditions and few trainers are also available. Comparatively it's not competitively priced but considering the quality of other gyms in the vicinity the prices seems to be Ok. It has separate cardio & strength training sections. It's a unisex gym, however there's no female trainer available (for those who need).
For me it's the best. The trainers are super supportive and entertaining at the same time. The workout environment itself motivating. And being a girl I can say this the safest gym in this area and the trainers are super strict if anyone try to create nuisance in the gym.
Where do I start, this gym is what I think about when I think of the perfect gym. It started with the location and excellent breeze coming off. It quickly moved to the awesome energy and knowledge that you get from the trainers here, they are eager to help and will to take time with you. Also they understand what you are striving for and they wi get you there and further, while having fun. The classes are intense for every level athlete, and you will love the diverse workout combinations. In short, perfect location, perfect trainer's and a perfect atmosphere to loose out.
This gym is best in the area or I could say, best in the district. Well equipped and we'll maintained. Well trained trainers who are always up to guide every individual.
