Well constructed New gym in the area , All machines available with great maintenance. Good interior and great staff. Recommended place for Cardio, Gym and Dance classes.

Gym is located main road side and road is normally congested especially in the evening hours. So parking is an issue for 4 wheelers. Gym is just like any other gym not special types. The attendant didn't show the gym and it was self service. Not sure about trainers available there as I didn't get a chance to meet them . Check some other good gyms nearby before you finalize.

indeed a very good gym.i joined the gym 3 months before and it changed my life completely. Trainers are very good and the owner, Pankaj Bhatia takes interest personally.

One of the best gym till now which i have seen, with highly new equipments and well training staff. The gym has all the types of equipments for all the types of exercises. The environment is very good for both men and women and the cost is also very reasonable.

The trainer had no sense of healthy food. He actually had no idea what he should train people with for muscle mass and fat loss. The kind of people who blindly do gym for 1-2 hours usually come. Not at all place for fitness. Will never recommend this to anyone

Nice I have been there for 2 months... Gym is nice not bad and not the best too... But it's good for the price... That is starting from 1200 for a month and it has other plans also ...

Black Rock Gym is by far, the best gym in Ambala City! Particularly love its environment and the training equipment. Highly Recommended! Affordable Packages!

Not recommended They say 1200 per month but will give u a very basic routine as they charge 1800 for half pt & 5k for full pt Owner js nkt good at all
